Bryt Fyt On Demand is a flexible fitness program that gives you access to four workouts per week you can complete anytime, anywhere—at home, in the gym, or on the go. Each workout is 30 minutes or less and led by experienced coaches who guide your form, keep you motivated, and help you stay consistent, so you’re never working out alone.
Equipment needed: a few sets of weights and a box/bench.
